How To Submit EOBI Services Feedback?

EOBI facilitation system provides access to all enrolled clients to forward their feedback either positive or negative by pressing stars in front of each question. There are two ways to submit EOBI services feedback:

EOBI Feedback Online:

Visit the EOBI website (http://www.eobi.gov.pk/) and click on the "Contact Us" link.

Select the "Feedback" option and fill out the form.

Be sure to include your name, contact information, and the specific feedback you have about EOBI services.

Click the "Submit" button to send your feedback.

EOBI Feedback through Mail:

EOBI officials prefer to receive client’s feedback regarding the online service they provide to all. If you wish to send a letter, you can easily dispatch the letter through post or via TCS to the following address.

Be sure to include your name, contact information, and the specific feedback you have about EOBI services. EOBI takes feedback from its customers very seriously and uses it to improve its services. Please be as specific as possible in your feedback and provide any supporting documentation that you have.

However, it is strongly recommended to send your feedback through the regional office via official mail, so an early reply will be possible. If you send it directly to the Director General may not get proper responsibility within the time or it take more time as well.
