to provide duplicate registration cards to any insured person with his/her
request. But, before submission for a duplicate EOBI registration card, the insured

EOBI card:
Duplicate Card Online
Process:
- Go to the EOBI website: http://www.eobi.gov.pk/
- Click on the "Services" tab and select "Card Services" from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down to the "Duplicate Card" section and click on the "Apply Online" button.
Fill out the online application form with your personal
details, including your name, CNIC number, contact information, and the reason
for requesting a duplicate card.
- Upload a scanned copy of your CNIC and a police report in case of a lost or stolen card.

Once your application is processed, you will receive a

Process:

What Is The EOBI PR02
Form?
EOBI PR-02A form is an annual return submitted by an
employer by 30th September each year giving details of employees who have
worked during the preceding financial year i.e. (July 01- June 30). This form
is used by the Employees Old Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) to calculate and
collect social security contributions from employers and their employees.
The PR-02A form contains the following information:
Employer's registration number. Employee's name, father/husband's name, NIC/CNIC number, date of birth, date of entry into service, date of exit from service (if applicable), total days worked, wages paid, and social security contributions paid (both employers and employee's share)
Employers can submit the PR-02A form online or offline.
To submit the form online, employers must create an account on the EOBI website
and upload the completed form. To submit the form offline, employers must
download the form from the EOBI website and submit it to their nearest EOBI
