Employees Old Age Benefits (EOBI) FS portal provides
full access to its clients from anywhere. As a client, you need to create your
complete profile after registration with EOBI. To create an EOBI profile, you
can follow these steps:
How Do I Create an EOBI Profile?
Visit the EOBI website at http://www.eobi.gov.pk/.
Click on the EOBI Facilitation System for Employers and
Employees link under the Quick Links section on the right-hand side of the
page.
On the login page, click on the Create User Profile link.
Enter your personal information, including your name,
email address, and CNIC number.
Create a password and select a security question.
Click on the Submit button.
You will receive an email confirmation with your EOBI profile ID and password. Once you have activated your account, you can log in and start using the EOBI Facilitation System.
Keep in Mind When Creating an EOBI Profile:
Your EOBI profile ID is unique to you. Please keep it safe and confidential. You should use a strong password for your EOBI profile. Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
You should also select a security question and answer
that is difficult for others to guess. This will help to protect your account
if you forget your password.
Once you have created your EOBI profile, you can use it to:
Register yourself or your employees with EOBI.
Pay EOBI contributions.
Submit claims for EOBI benefits.
View your EOBI account information.
How to Edit
Employee's Details in the EOBI FS Portal?
To edit employee's details in EOBIFS, follow these steps:
- Log in to EOBIFS using your employer account.
- Click on the Employee tab.
- Select the employee whose details you want to edit.
- Click on the Edit button.
- Make the necessary changes to the employee's details.
- Click on the Update Details button to save your changes.
Please note that you can only edit the details of employees who are active with your company. If an employee has left your company, you will not be able to edit their details.
Keep in Mind When
Editing Employee Details in EOBIFS:
Make sure to enter the correct information. Any errors in
the employee's details may affect their EOBI benefits.
If you are changing the employee's CNIC number, you will need to upload a copy of their new CNIC card. If you are changing the employee's bank account details, you will need to upload a copy of their bank statement.
Once you have updated the employee's details, you will
need to submit them for approval. The approval process can take up to 72 hours.
