EOBI marriage grant (also known as Marriage Benefit) is financial assistance provided by the Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) to eligible workers/miners for the marriage of their daughters.

How Can I Get EOBI Marriage Grant?

To get an EOBI marriage grant, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Be a registered member of EOBI, and employed in an industrial or mining unit registered under the Factories Act, 1934, or the Mines Act, 1923. Have at least one daughter who is getting married



The daughter must be at least 18 years old at the time of marriage.

A worker who has been employed for 30 years with an average monthly wage of Rs. 30,000 will receive a grant of Rs. 15,000.
